EurostatGrossDomesticProduct()
EurostatGrossDomesticProduct(line: str)
Bases: BaseData
Gross domestic product and its expenditure components for a single European economy, as index levels of chain linked volumes. The definitive measure of activity, and the one the monthly indicators in this dataset are all trying to anticipate.
Quarterly, so rows arrive four times a year rather than twelve. Volumes are deflated, which is what makes the growth real rather than nominal.
One file per economy, one row per quarter. Subscribe with a geo code, e.g.
